All the prize-winners received an Easter egg and every child received a small egg. Our thanks to the PTFA who provided the prizes.
Finally a special thank you to Mr and Mrs Cookson who came to school and did the judging for us. It was a difficult task with so many beautiful hats on display but they did an excellent job.
I would like to thank Mr and Mrs Cookson for their generosity to the school in sponsoring this column and for a generous donation given to the school on that day. We hope to increase our range of reading books during the next academic year and their gift will enable us to make a start on this project.

Northwold Pre-School

We hope you have all had a very Happy Easter. The children have enjoyed all the Easter craft activities, and on the last day of term after their Egg Hunt, they joined the Primary school for their Easter Bonnet Parade. The Pre-School category was won by John Pearce - well done John!
The summer term is now upon us and the children are learning about 'The Circus' & 'Travelling', as well as all the major preparations for this year's Carnival, to be held on Saturday 14^th June.
Our annual outing this year is on Monday 23^rd June to Banham Zoo. This is a joint event with Northwold Tot's &

Co. Northwold Primary School is closed on this day, so it is an ideal opportunity for a family day out. There will be two coaches, departing Northwold at 9.15am - arrive back 3.00pm. Details are available from the Pre-School.
